This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications and games provided by Xuyen Le Thi My Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), including iOS and related platform versions. We respect and protect personal information in accordance with Apple App Store developer policies and applicable laws and regulations.

1. Information We Collect

Device and technical data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and performance data.
Usage data: feature access records, session duration, level progress, and interaction events for analytics and improvement.
Transaction data: order status, product identifiers, and subscription status for Apple IAP (we do not store bank card details).
Advertising-related data (IAA scenarios): minimum data needed for ad display, click measurement, attribution, and fraud prevention.
User-provided data: support email content, screenshots, and necessary troubleshooting details.

2. How We Use Information

Provide and maintain services, including core functionality, stability, and reliability.
Process IAP purchases, restore orders, verify subscriptions, and provide after-sales support.
Improve products, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and conduct security reviews.
Deliver or measure personalized advertising where required permissions are granted.
Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and respond to regulatory or judicial requests.

3. Legal Bases and Regional Compliance

Depending on your jurisdiction, we rely on lawful bases such as consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. We are committed to complying with applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), LGPD (Brazil), PIPL (China), and other regional privacy requirements.

4. Permissions and ATT Transparency

We request system permissions only when necessary and provide in-app purpose notices.
On iOS, if cross-app or cross-website tracking is involved, we request authorization under ATT rules first.
Refusing tracking does not affect core functionality, but may reduce ad personalization relevance.

5. Children and Age Protection

We prioritize children’s privacy and safety, and follow COPPA and relevant local child data protection rules.
Where applicable, we provide age rating, parental controls, or age-gating mechanisms.
If we learn that children’s personal data was collected without required consent, we will promptly delete or anonymize it.

6. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. For necessary service delivery, we may work with third parties for cloud hosting, crash analytics, payment verification, advertising, and anti-fraud services, under appropriate data protection safeguards. Disclosure occurs only when legally required or with your authorization.

7. Cross-Border Transfers and Data Retention

Your data may be processed or stored in different countries/regions; we apply safeguards such as standard contractual protections, encryption, and access controls.
We follow data minimization principles and retain data only as long as necessary for business or legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights:

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and consent withdrawal rights.
Right to object to targeted marketing or personalized advertising processing.
For California users: rights to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information.
For users in mainland China: rights under PIPL, including access/copy, correction, deletion, and explanation requests.

9. Data Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access control, logging, and security monitoring. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will respond and notify as required by law.

We may update this policy based on business changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in-app, in release notes, or on this page. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
